Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Richmond, Virginia. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory. Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damages.
  • Accurately store and organize inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling, palletizing, and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required or provided).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control processes.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
