Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated Reach Truck Operator for our Durham, North Carolina location! This specialized role is crucial for maximizing warehouse space and efficiently managing inventory within our extensive logistics network. You will operate a reach truck to put away and retrieve products from high-bay racking systems. Precision, safety, and efficiency are paramount.   • Operating a reach truck to accurately place and retrieve inventory in high-level racking.
  • Safely navigating the warehouse and operating specialized equipment.
  • Performing daily inspections of the reach truck and reporting any malfunctions.
  • Assisting with inventory counts and stock placement.
  • Maintaining organized and clear aisles for safe operation.
  • Adhering to all company safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Working collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Performing tasks that may involve lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Following all operational procedures to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
