Join our vibrant logistics team in sunny Orlando, Florida, as a Picker/Packer! We're seeking efficient and accurate individuals to ensure our customer orders are precisely fulfilled and prepared for shipment. In this fast-paced role, you'll be a critical link in our supply chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction. We are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, providing thorough training on all processes and requiring the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick requested items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Inspect picked items for accuracy and quality.
- Pack items securely into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages with necessary shipping information and documentation.
- Stage completed orders in designated areas for carrier pickup.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Strictly follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as assigned to support logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Picker/Packer or similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and proper handling of goods.
