We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution center. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the movement of goods, organizing inventory, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to fulfill orders and manage stock levels. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new processes. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading and unloading of trucks.
- Move materials around the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on pick lists.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety protocols.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and steel-toed boots.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
