This role is essential for the efficient functioning of our Logistics network, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all associates are required to follow strict Safety procedures and wear the designated PPE at all times. This position requires a good deal of physical activity, including frequent Lifting , bending, and standing for extended periods. You'll work collaboratively with your team to meet daily targets and maintain the overall organization and cleanliness of the distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize merchandise accurately.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize required PPE during all operations.
- Perform tasks involving significant Lifting , standing, and bending.
- Contribute to efficient Logistics flow.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to adhering to Safety guidelines and wearing PPE .
- Understanding of basic warehouse and Logistics principles is a plus.
