Join our dynamic team in Provo, Utah as a Picker/Packer! We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately pick and pack orders with efficiency and care. This role is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring our customers receive their items in perfect condition and on time. You will be responsible for retrieving products from shelves, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages for shipment and prepare them for dispatch.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as stocking or cycle counting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading skills.
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices.
