We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects across various departments. *Responsibilities*
* Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget using established project management methodologies.
* Develop comprehensive project plans including scope management, risk management, resource allocation, and cost control strategies.
* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to define clear project objectives and deliverables.
* Utilize project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Smartsheet to track progress, manage schedules, and report on key performance indicators.
* Conduct root cause analysis and apply Lean Six Sigma principles to identify process improvements and eliminate inefficiencies.
* Manage vendor relationships and oversee IT infrastructure or ERP systems integration when applicable.
* Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycle phases including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while maintaining effective communication and conflict management.
*Skills*
* Proven experience supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced setting.
* Expertise in Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, and other project management methodologies with certification preferred (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
* Strong organizational skills with proficiency in project scheduling tools.
* Excellent communication skills for effective meeting facilitation, presentation delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
* Skilled in process mapping, business process modeling, requirements analysis, and requirements management to ensure project scope aligns with business needs.
* Data analysis skills for data collection and interpretation to support decision-making processes.
* Ability to manage project portfolio development using tools such as Confluence or SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
