You will leverage your training in artificial intelligence (AI) technology to bring AI and other new and dynamic technologies to life on PCs and enhance the customer experience. By building relationships with store associates and effectively communicating the value proposition of premium products, you will drive revenue growth, increase unit sales, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment. If you have a passion for technology and a flair for sales, we invite you to join our team and help us redefine the retail experience for premium shoppers./ppDemonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at a big box retail store/ppEngage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience/ppResponsible for maintaining professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s)/ppTrain retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation/ppMaintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness/ppResponsible for reporting and competitive insights/ppConsistent weekend schedule/ppNext day pay on-demand with DailyPay/ppFriday, Saturday, or Sunday availability/ppPaid training completed online/pp$25 per month Technology Reimbursement/ppRepresent one of the most environmentally friendly companies worldwide/ppHave an outgoing personality and be eager to learn/ppBe comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with a hands-on demonstration/ppAbility to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs/ppRetail experience or customer service experience a plus/ppTraining or product demonstration experience a plus/pp1-year job experience required/ppSell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments/ppMaintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees/ppMeet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis/ppCourteously welcome customers and offer assistance/ppDirect customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs/ppAdvise customers by providing information on products and services/ppHelp customers make selections by building customer confidence/ppAccurately document and report sales/ppContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed/ppResponsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations/ppEnsure the workstation/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable at all times/ppResponsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately/ppRegular and prompt attendance/ppMeet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals/ppCustomer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints/ppHigh school diploma or equivalent required/ppSix (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience/ppDemonstrated knowledge of products and services/ppExcellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills/ppImpeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction/ppAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment/ppMust be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed/ppAbility to maintain customer confidentiality/p/div
