The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and supporting our sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities: · Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email · Generate new sales leads and support business development initiatives · Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications · Maintain accurate records in the CRM system · Collaborate with outside sales and other departments to meet client needs
Qualifications: · 1–3 years of inside sales or customer service experience preferred · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities · Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus and Excel
