Job Summary
Strive Pediatric Therapy is seeking two caring and energetic Behavioral Technicians (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Burlington, NJ. In this role, you will work closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior plans and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home (potential for additional hours in clinic)
  • Implement behavior plans developed by the BCBA
  • Collect clinical data and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with the therapy team and participate in staff meetings
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Complete authorized therapy hours and job-related duties as directed

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Services, Early Education, or a related field preferred
  • RBT certification required or the ability to obtain within the first 90 days (training provided)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and accept feedback
  • CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain
  • Clear criminal background
  • A genuine passion for working with children

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in daycare/preschool, as a paraprofessional, DSP, BT, RBT, or similar roles
  • Knowledge of ABA methodologies
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

Physical Demands
The job requires regular verbal communication and the ability to engage physically with clients (e.g., lifting, walking, and standing). The role may require lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to maintain focus in a moderate noise environment.
