Kingston Residence of Fort Wayne is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide resident-centered care in our Assisted Living community. • Provide direct, compassionate nursing care in an Assisted Living setting

• Administer medications and treatments with safety and accuracy

• Monitor resident health and report changes promptly to RNs and physicians

• Partner with caregivers, residents, and families to support personalized care plans

• Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents

• Build meaningful connections with residents, ensuring their dignity and independence are respected

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana (required)

• CPR certification required

• Experience in Assisted Living, senior care, or long-term care preferred

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

• Compassionate, team-focused, and dependable personality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
