Restaurant Manager

Overview

We are a family owned business with one location in Mentor, Ohio. We are looking for a hands manager to join our team.

As a high volume American sports bar, we need active, high energy leaders with customer service and restaurant service experience. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced restaurant managers to ensure the smooth operation of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Opening / closing the restaurant

• Training staff members in the FOH (Host, Servers, Bussers and Food Runners)

• Working with the team by backing up bartender, servers or helping expo and food runners.

• Maintaining labor cost by managing the team to complete task in a timely manor and cutting staff when necessary.

• Scheduling shifts on our app

• Maintaining daily inventories and checking deliveries

• Closing server and host reports

• Maintaining side work lists and cleaning

• Table touches with guests

• Maintaining our high customer service standards

Skills

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Proficient in food handling practices and safety regulations within the food service industry.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff alike.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58, $62,000.00 per year
