The Role

• Guide AWS infrastructure expansion by delivering expert technical site risk analysis and due diligence assessments.

• Own end-to-end infrastructure site selection projects, applying standard approaches and processes for optimal outcomes.

• Scope, contract, supervise, and interpret complex engineering, environmental, and technical studies.

• Manage project budgets, establish schedules, and make critical trade-offs based on business priorities for data center development.

• Oversee multidisciplinary preliminary designs, ensuring consistency with AWS design standards and technical specifications.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of proven technical program or project management experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure.

• Demonstrated expertise in technical due diligence and site selection processes for data centers or similar large-scale facilities.

• Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and drive alignment across diverse teams.

• Experience in coordinating with engineering and technical consultancies, interpreting complex data, and making informed recommendations.

• Excellent understanding of risk management principles and their application in infrastructure development.
