À propos

The Technical Project Manager
is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives that support our retail, pharmacy, and healthcare services. This position is centered on the execution lifecycle: coordinating across multiple engineering teams, managing vendor integrations, and ensuring that technical infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with healthcare security standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Lifecycle Management:

Lead the planning and execution of large-scale technical projects, including cloud migrations, system integrations, and security infrastructure upgrades.

Resource & Capacity Planning:

Coordinate with engineering leads to allocate developer resources and manage competing priorities across the technology stack.

Risk Mitigation:

Identify technical risks, architectural dependencies, and potential "blockers" early. Develop and execute mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track.

Financial Oversight:

Manage project budgets, track capital and operating expenses (CAPEX/OPEX), and oversee vendor contracts or third-party SOWs.

Agile & Waterfall Governance:

Direct teams using a hybrid approach—driving agile velocity at the developer level while providing high-level milestone reporting for executive stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Syncing:

Facilitate technical discussions between DevOps, Security, Data Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure all architectural requirements are met.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

8–10 years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically managing software development or infrastructure projects.

Certifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) are highly preferred.

Tools:

Advanced proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project, Planview, and Confluence.

Technical Literacy:

Ability to understand and discuss architectural diagrams, API documentation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (Azure/GCP).

Compliance Awareness:

Experience working within highly regulated environments; knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, or PCI-DSS is a significant plus.
