Job Title: Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and assisting with insurance policy-related tasks. You will act as a liaison between clients and our agents, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, providing accurate information regarding insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with understanding their insurance policies, coverage options, and claims procedures.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns or complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company's system.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide support in processing claims, collecting documentation, and following up on outstanding claims.
  • Work closely with other departments to address client needs and concerns.
  • Upsell and cross-sell insurance products when appropriate, based on customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred but not necessary).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time/part-time position with standard office hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour
