IT Support Analyst (In-Person)

Location: Malvern, PA

Type: Full-Time

Company: Neuronetics

About the Role

Neuronetics is seeking a personable, self-motivated IT Support Analyst who thrives on autonomy and taking full ownership of their work. If you are someone who enjoys working independently to solve problems and managing the end-to-end user experience, this high-impact role is built for you.

Because this role is the heartbeat of our equipment lifecycle—managing onboarding, inventory, and physical distribution—it is an in-person position based at our Malvern offices. While we offer occasional flexibility to work from home, this is not a hybrid role; you will be the go-to person on the ground ensuring our team has the tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hardware Lifecycle & Inventory: Manage the physical onboarding of new hires, including equipment assembly, inventory tracking, and hardware distribution/receiving.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware and software issues for both local and remote employees while managing the help desk ticket queue with efficiency.
  • Knowledge Management: Create and maintain "self-help" knowledge base articles to empower our users.
  • Environment Optimization: Define hardware requirements for end-user computing and identify opportunities for process automation.
  • Training & Support: Provide hands-on training for new employees and ongoing support for existing staff on internal systems.
  • System Maintenance: Assist IT personnel with broader system troubleshooting and Entra ID (Active Directory)/Exchange 365 user management.

Experience & Education

  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical support role with a "customer-first" mindset.
  • Associate's Degree in Computer Technology or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Professional certifications, A+, and Network+.

Technical Expertise

  • OS & Hardware: Expert-level knowledge of Windows OS and PC hardware (Mac experience is a plus).
  • Software: Proficiency in MS Office 365, Ticketing software, and Entra ID (Active Directory).
  • Networking & Cyber: Solid understanding of basic networking and a security-minded approach to IT support.
  • Mobile & Peripherals: Experience managing iPhones and troubleshooting printers, copiers, and scanners.

Core Competencies

  • Independent & Proactive: Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own daily tasks and project deadlines.
  • Personable: You genuinely enjoy helping people and can translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, specifically regarding physical inventory and documentation.
