Job Summary:
The Data Analyst will partner with the Senior Customer Manager as well as cross-functional leaders and departments to transform operational data into actionable insights that drive business performance. This role supports a variety of departments through hands-on data analysis, modeling, and visualization by developing reports and dashboards that translate complex data into clear information.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide teams with timely and accurate information to support decision making
- Analyze business trends, identify performance gaps, and uncover opportunities for improvement across procurement, finance, sales, operations, and quality
- Perform data analysis including pattern identification, trend analysis, and forecasting to extract meaningful insights
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels, including leadership
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide appropriate analytical tools and reporting solutions
- Design data strategies, including how data is structured, what information is critical to track, and which tools are best suited for analysis
- Support strategic initiatives focused on cost savings, process improvements, and efficiency optimization
- Recommend improvements to data systems and structures that will better support reporting needs
- Create automated reports and templates that pull information from multiple sources into a single, easy-to-use format
- Provide ongoing support and training to help others effectively use data and reports
- Deliver regular reporting on business performance and key initiatives to senior management
- Assist with price calculations and prepare quotes as needed to support the sales team
- Conduct sales reporting, planning, and forecasting to help guide revenue strategies
- Perform product cost analysis to support pricing decisions and margin optimization

Required Skills/Abilities
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and cross functionally
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Complex problem-solving skills including identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
- Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across departments
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasional attendance at in-person meetings or presentations
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and lighting conditions

Pay: $64, $70,000.00 per year
