Regional Technical Consultant (BMS)

Location: UK home-based, ideally in the South East.

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the building and construction industry? Automated Logic Corporation is on the lookout for a passionate Regional Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to enhance business relationships with Consulting Engineers, Building Owners, Developers, and our dealer network, all while designing and specifying cutting-edge building controls solutions.

As a Regional Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Providing design and engineering support for HVAC, lighting, sustainability programs, and other sub-systems that enhance comfort and utility efficiency.
• Supporting our sales team and delivering local training and technical support to our customers.
• Participating in marketing initiatives across various sales channels.

• Prepare specifications and designs for BMS & controls.
• Utilize your expertise in HVAC, lighting, and sustainability features.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Sales Team and our customers.
• Enhance business relationships with Engineers, Building Owners, Developers, and the dealer network to drive preference for our solutions.
• Become a trusted technical advisor, improving product positioning and market share.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in building management systems, building automation, and controls (preferably in a consulting or engineering role).
• Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and other smart building systems.
• A strong network of BMS industry and consulting engineer contacts.
• Ideally, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Controls Engineering; CEM and LEED AP accreditation is a plus.
• A valid UK driving license and a willingness to travel across the UK.
