Job Description:

At Four Corners Veterinary Clinic, we're proud to be a privately owned and operated practice. Our independence allows us to create a workplace that truly supports balance, respect, and long-term career satisfaction. We understand that veterinary medicine can be demanding, and we believe in building an environment where every team member can thrive for years to come.

We are currently seeking a full-time Veterinary Assistant to join our team. Veterinary Assistants play a vital role in supporting our doctors, technicians, and patients throughout the entire visit. This position involves hands-on animal care, client interaction, and a wide range of clinical tasks, so compassion, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help both pets and people are essential.

Our clinic provides high-quality, compassionate medicine with a thoughtful blend of conventional and alternative therapies. We take pride in thorough diagnostics, individualized care, and strong teamwork across all roles. Veterinary Assistants are key contributors to this mission by keeping patient care flowing smoothly, supporting our medical team, and helping create a calm and caring environment for every pet who walks through our doors.

Four Corners is filled with dedicated animal lovers who work hard, laugh often, and support each other every day. We strive to maintain a relaxed and uplifting atmosphere where each team member can grow, contribute, and feel valued. Creating balance isn't just something we talk about, it's something we intentionally protect.

  • Support client communication by helping explain basic care instructions, medication administration, and home care guidance as directed by a veterinarian or technician.
  • Assist with patient admits and discharges, prepare treatment plans, and maintain accurate medical documentation.
  • Help maintain clinic organization, inventory levels, laundry, and overall cleanliness to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Provide compassionate support for patients during stressful or challenging visits, including emergency cases and end of life care.

  • Genuine compassion for animals and the people who love them.
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in a busy clinical setting.
