**Night Auditor**

**Overview:**

We are seeking a diligent Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. Your attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to providing a positive experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities:**

• Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift

• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

• Manage phone systems and assist with guest relations

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

• Process financial transactions including posting charges and processing payments

• Prepare daily reports and reconcile revenue

**Requirements:**

• Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

• Proficiency in using hotel management software

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Knowledge of front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting
