Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Position Summary
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads for a leading NetSuite and ERP consulting firm with innovative AI integration capabilities. You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through cold calls, follow-up emails, and email campaigns, identifying their needs, and positioning tailored technology solutions. The ideal candidate has strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of ERP systems and AI concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calls, send follow-up emails, and manage outreach campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and determine potential fit for ERP and AI solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Document all prospect interactions, maintain updated records, and track progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on outreach activities, response rates, and lead conversion progress.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-5 years in sales or SDR roles preferred, but open to candidates with strong sales ability and less experience.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of NetSuite, ERP systems, and AI concepts (training provided as needed).
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet outreach targets.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM software and sales communication tools.
  • Preferred: Prior experience selling in a B2B technology or software environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $1,000 - $1,500 USD/month base salary, commensurate with experience.
  • Schedule: Preferred hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (flexible to 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST).
  • PTO & Holidays: Flexible; monthly rate assumes a standard 40-hour workweek.
