Associate General Dentist in Columbia, South Carolina Needed

Our private dental practice in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking an experienced Associate General Dentist to join our team at a single-site location. This is a great opportunity for a practice builder with strong clinical skills who is looking for long-term growth, collaboration, and potential partnership down the road.

Schedule

• Four days per week, with openness to a five-day schedule depending on team fit and practice needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry care to patients
• Diagnose and create individualized treatment plans
• Perform restorative dentistry, prosthodontics (fixed and removable), and extractions
• Complete endodontic procedures, including molar endo
• Collaborate with the clinical and operational team to ensure excellent patient care
• Maintain strong communication with patients and staff

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active dental license in good standing
• Ideally 3+ years of clinical experience
• Comfortable performing: Endodontics, including molar endo, Simple and surgical extractions, All aspects of restorative dentistry, Fixed and removable prosthodontics
• Bonus skills (not required): Implant placement, Invisalign
• Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Positive, professional, and patient-focused

Pay & Compensation

• Compensation based on adjusted production
• Guaranteed daily rate for the first 90 days, based on experience and scope of care
• $1,500 annual continuing education allowance
• Malpractice coverage (occurrence-based)
