From coast to coast, dock to dock, and across all major transportation modes, Echo connects businesses that need to ship their products with carriers who transport goods quickly, securely, and cost-effectively./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliDevelop, maintain and manage new client relationships/liliHelp drive new account growth via prospecting, sourcing, and account penetration/liliEffectively utilize Salesforce for client prospecting and pipeline management/liliAbility to navigate Echos proprietary software to manage daily operational tasks such as account management, invoicing and tracking shipments/liliBuild relationships with internal departments to ensure client transactions are processed accurately and efficiently/liliAttend continuous education programs to fully engage in learning the industry, market and business/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliBachelors degree (preferred)/liliStrong customer service and relationship building skills/liliExceptional verbal and written communication skills/liliMotivated by money/liliAbility to cold call with assertive, positive and persistent style/liliMotivated to reach and exceed quotas/liliAbility to remain resilient in an aggressive and competitive environment/liliUnderstands the importance of self-motivation, time-management, and organizational skills/liliThrives in a fast paced environment that requires problem solving and decision making/liliAbility to work independently and in a team setting/li/ulh38-week Paid Training Program:/h3pEcho is committed to invest in its employees professional development and career growth with an industry leading training program.
