We manage analytic data platforms, facilitate reporting/business intelligence solutions, and apply advanced quantitative modeling to drive results. Your Role and Responsibilities We are looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who excels in fast-paced environments and is eager to use data to unlock insights that optimize logistics and enhance revenue growth.
Lead the transformation of the at-Home Solutions analytics team, aligning with Cardinal Health's innovative Data City Plan.
Champion the integration of AI/ML, automation, and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights that contribute to revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Build and maintain a scalable data foundation and analytics infrastructure, collaborating with enterprise data teams.
Act as a technical leader, guiding the team in areas such as data engineering, analytics development, and AI/ML solution implementation.
Play a key role in modernizing our analytics capabilities to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and ensure measurable business value.
Partner with business stakeholders to discover high-impact opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
Foster a culture of high performance through coaching, mentoring, and supporting professional growth within the team.
Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, quality, and security standards.
Manage team operations, including planning, budgeting, vendor relations, and performance metrics.
Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data & analytics, including 4-5 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience in the direct-to-patient DME or pharmacy sales and revenue cycle management preferred.
Strong hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics development, and delivering AI/ML solutions.
In-depth understanding of cloud-based analytics platforms such as SQL DB, GCP, BigQuery, Databricks, and Snowflake.
Proven ability to guide teams through digital transformation and achieve measurable outcomes.
Experience with value stream mapping is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or healthcare analytics is beneficial.
Familiarity with data governance and enterprise data strategies is essential.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and product-centric delivery models is preferred.

Anticipated Salary Range:
$105,100 - $157,605 Bonus Eligible:
