The team is located globally and responsibilities are split into sub-teams, working with various tech stacks. Our teams code in Rust and work agile around the globe./ppRecently, the team played a critical role in scaling Krakens trading infrastructure./ph2The Opportunity/h2olliExpress your crypto passion/liliDesign and implement robust Rust services and libraries/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Frontend Engineering to ensure seamless integration of new features and improvements/liliWrite reusable, testable, and highly efficient code/liliCollaborate on large scale distributed systems architecture/liliWork side by side with hundreds of experienced Rust engineers/li/olh2Skills You Should HODL/h2ulli7+ years of software engineering experience/liliProficiently in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust/liliHave a security-first mindset during system design to ensure robustness/liliDemonstrate the ability to autonomously debug issues across the stack (OS, network, application)/liliCollaborate effectively with product teams to gather requirements and constraints for designing appropriate systems/liliTake complete end-to-end ownership of systems and libraries/liliPragmatic and solution-oriented, stoic in the face of many obstacles/liliProactively adapt to rapidly evolving technologies and apply innovative solutions to dynamic challenges, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced development environment/liliDemonstrates a receptive mindset, adept at engaging in constructive dialogue on complex subjects with colleagues, while remaining adaptable and open to alternative perspectives/li/ulpThis job is accepting ongoing applications and there is no application deadline.
