If you’re passionate about making meaningful connections, celebrating student progress, and enjoying the flexibility of virtual work, this role was created with you in mind. Speech Inspirations is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Harnett County Schools.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students
* Conduct evaluations and support individualized, goal-driven IEPs
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success
* Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions (with encouragement and support!)
* Track progress and complete documentation with clarity and care
What We’re Looking For
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active North Carolina SLP license
* CCC-SLP preferred
* 1-2+ years of experience preferred
* School-based experience strongly preferred
* Independent decision-making
* Strong communication and time-management skills
* Team collaboration
* EMR/technology skills

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
