Your teams code is the front door for millions./ph3What You Will Do/h3ulliBuild and run a team of 4 to 8 senior engineers/liliSet a simple roadmap and ship every two weeks/liliKeep quality high with crisp PRs, tests that matter, and fast rollbacks/liliOwn on call, incident review, and redlines for latency, errors, cost/liliPartner with Support, Success, Product, Security, and Data to land safe automations/liliProve impact with metrics: Time to first response, resolution, cost per case, automation rate/liliAssemble Cloudflare primitives into shared modules: Workers runtime, Durable Objects memory, Vectorize recall, KV and R2 for config and files, D1 or Postgres where needed, Queues or Pub/Sub for async/liliUse Agent SDK for tools, planning, memory, and traces/liliBake in safety: Zero Trust, WAF, API Shield, DLP, scoped secrets, Gateway egress/li/ulh3Your Team Will Build/h3ulliAgents on Workers with Durable Objects for state and short-term memory/liliTooling via Agent SDK, MCP, and function calling/liliVectorize for semantic memory, plus evals, guardrails, and audits/liliFlows that summarize, propose fixes, close, and escalate cleanly to humans/liliSimple status and metrics. No mystery boxes/li/ulh3Must Have/h3ulliYouve led an engineering team that ships in production/liliStrong Cloudflare platform experience or similar edge serverless work/liliClear grasp of modern agent patterns and how to apply them on Cloudflare/liliSolid TypeScript or Rust. HTTP, queues, async, performance/liliComfortable with model tooling. Prompts, tool calls, evals, safety checks/liliObsessed with logs, traces, metrics.
