Responsibilities: 5+ years of experience working with embedded systems Experience designing, building, and/or maintaining a physical lab environment for electrical and embedded systems work Experience with signaling instruments Experience automating the operation of instruments and power supplies through IP protocols Experience operating and programming robotic hands for testing of devices Knowledge Domains: Embedded systems such as ECUs Multiplex communication protocols such as CAN and LIN Physical switching devices for RF signals, USB, and other protocols Robotic testing of physical devices Technologies of Interest: Instrument control protocols: VISA SCPI Communication protocols: CAN LIN AVC-LAN Robotic hands Additional Responsibilities: Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team building efforts. Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc. Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
