Brio Digital are supporting a Public Health Consultancy who are looking for
four experienced Business Analysts
to support delivery across key digital and transformation programmes. The roles sit within a fast-paced,
agile delivery environment , working closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping requirements, improving services, and ensuring solutions meet the needs of NHS users and patients.> Key responsibilities
Elicit, analyse, and document
business and user requirements
across NHS programmes Work closely with
product owners, delivery managers, developers, and clinical stakeholders Produce high-quality artefacts including
user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and business cases Support
agile ceremonies
(refinement, sprint planning, reviews) and maintain well-groomed backlogs Facilitate workshops to capture requirements, map current and future state processes, and identify improvements Support delivery teams in managing dependencies, risks, and changes Ensure requirements align with NHS standards, governance, and delivery objectives Proven NHS experience
(Trust, ICs, or national programmes) Strong background as a
Business Analyst
in digital or transformation programmes Hands-on experience working in
agile delivery environments Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinical and non-clinical users Experience producing clear, structured documentation suitable for public sector governance Experience working on
digital health, data, or platform programmes Exposure to national NHS services or multi-organisation delivery environments Familiarity with NHS governance, assurance, or service standards
