Server/ Bartender

The Blue Feather Kitchen & Bar is a casual yet elevated restaurant and bar located in downtown Lewiston. We take pride in offering exceptional food, creative cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a motivated and personable Bartender/Server to join our team.

Position Overview:
The Server/Bartender is responsible for providing guests with outstanding service, crafting high-quality cocktails, and ensuring a positive dining and bar experience. This role will include both serving and bartending shifts based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy
• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the POS system, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area
• Assist with bar setup, breakdown, restocking, and inventory
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure smooth service
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience
• Must be willing to work both bartending and serving shifts
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
