We're looking for a motivated, people-focused
Leasing Agent
to join our apartment community team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with residents, hitting goals, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and tour prospective residents through our apartment community
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Convert tours into applications and holding fees
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records
• Support renewals, move-ins, and resident communication
• Work closely with the property management team to meet occupancy goals

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales or leasing experience preferred (but we're willing to train the right person)
• Organized, reliable, and goal-driven
• Comfortable with phone calls, follow-ups, and basic computer systems
• Positive attitude and team mindset

Location:
Savannah

Schedule:
Mon- Thurs 9-6, Friday 9-3

Experience:
Leasing or sales experience
