Minimum
Qualification:

Associate degree in accounting, business/public administration, or finance from an accredited college or university;

OR

Two (2) years of fiscal analysis experience.

Preferred
Qualification:

• Experience working for a Georgia State Agency, particularly in grants administration, budget, or fiscal operations.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for budgeting, expenditure tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting.

• Experience in TeamWorks Peoplesoft Financials and Oracle Planning and Budget Cloud Service (PBCS).

• One or more years experience in financial management, expenditure analysis, forecasting, and reconciliation utilizing Excel and financial reporting databases.

• Experience coordinating budget activities across multiple departments, programs, or external partners/customers as appropriate.

• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools is advantageous but not required.
