Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee the strategic and operational functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, demonstrate effective leadership, and have a proven track record in driving business growth. Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and expand market presence
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise teams to meet organizational goals
  • Manage profit & loss statements, budgets, and financial planning to ensure profitability
  • Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and partnerships
  • Coordinate project management efforts across departments to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize workflows
  • Lead sales strategies to increase revenue streams and expand client base
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and process improvement
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience managing profit & loss statements and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  • Prior experience in sales or client relationship management is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus

Pay: $65, $75,000.00 per year
