Bella Sera of Boerne is seeking enthusiastic, service-driven Servers to join our welcoming team. As a Server, you'll play a key role in creating the warm, authentic Italian dining experience our guests love. From the moment guests walk through our doors, your hospitality, attention to detail, and passion for great food and service will help turn every meal into a memorable occasion. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression that reflects Bella Sera's welcoming atmosphere
• Present menus, share daily specials, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on Italian dishes, wine, and beverages
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely service
• Upsell menu items and specials naturally to enhance the guest experience
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while following all food safety, sanitation, and handling standards
• Maintain strong guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Clear, clean, and reset tables to ensure a comfortable and inviting dining space
• Assist with bussing, food prep, or kitchen support during busy service periods when needed
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems and basic math skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; Italian or fine-casual dining experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is helpful
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling
• Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostessing, or cashiering roles is highly valued
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude
• Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
