Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, product issues, and technical support concerns.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate them to management for improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
