Electrical Superintendent

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Electrical Superintendent to support commercial and multifamily projects across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. This role requires a true field expert with deep knowledge of electrical systems from ground-up construction through final inspection. The ideal candidate brings strong code knowledge, real-world problem-solving skills, and the ability to apply electrical expertise directly in the field.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage electrical systems from service entrance and excavation through final inspection on commercial and multifamily projects.

• Ensure full NEC and local code compliance, including attending inspections and resolving field and code-related issues.

• Troubleshoot complex electrical problems and provide hands-on technical guidance and field instruction.

• Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to ensure proper electrical installation and quality standards.

Requirements

• Advanced hands-on electrical experience in commercial and multifamily construction, including ground-up and renovation work.

• Strong working knowledge of electrical codes, inspections, and permitting processes.

• Proven ability to manage electrical systems through all phases of construction, from excavation to final inspection.

• Ability to travel within Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC

• Electrical licensing or certifications preferred, but deep real-world field experience is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
