Tri Valley Plastic Surgery is one of the Bay Area's leading plastic surgery practices located in Dublin, CA. We are looking for a dynamic Med Spa Manager to integrate into our spectacular and growing team. The ideal candidate is a team player, comfortable in a dynamic environment, possesses strong leadership skills with an emphasis on organization and process optimization, understands and delivers elevated patient/customer service, and can increase product and procedure sales. The compensation for this position is a base salary of $100,000 with additional commission and performance incentives earning up to $250,000 total compensation.

The Med Spa Manager's duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of med spa operations
  • Develop and deploy effective patient recruiting and retention, PR, and marketing efforts
  • Provide marketing suggestions and feedback; maximizing all marketing efforts
  • Analyze practice and revenue stream opportunities and help to develop strategies to increase revenue, capacity, profit
  • Manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of the providers' time and resources
  • Educate patients on treatments, technologies and skin care products
  • Establish goals, budgets, and standards to measure productivity and sales, time management and allocation of resources
  • Maintain accurate inventory across all retail products and med spa supplies
  • Ensure correct and accurate documentation in regards to consents, before and after photos, and chart notes
  • Ensure an impactful, enjoyable, and efficient visit for each patient
  • Monitor the quality of customer service provided by the staff, conducting periodic evaluations and providing feedback and training as necessary
  • Assess current offerings to add new and innovative treatments and procedures
  • Perform, review, and reconcile daily activity reports
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimizing scheduling efficiency
  • Generate and analyze monthly reports to ensure goals are being met and strive to exceed goals
  • Represent practice and interact with outside vendors for supply negotiation and contract management

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • EMR/EHR experience prefered
  • Knowledge of med spa treatments and the aesthetics industry
  • 1+ years of management experience
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Professional appearance, punctual and reliable
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to think critically and adapt to a fast paced environment
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Experience in the Plastic Surgery, Aesthetics or Dermatology is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100, $250,000.00 per year
