Board Certified Behavior Analyst

A BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) plays a central role in assessing behavior, creating intervention plans, supervising staff, and supporting families. The position focuses on improving socially significant behaviors through evidence‑based ABA strategies.

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong skills in data analysis, problem‑solving, and clinical decision‑making.
• Ability to train and supervise staff effectively.
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and evidence‑based practice.
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching.
• Support generalization of skills across home, school, and community settings.
• Participate in continuing education to stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Manage caseloads efficiently and ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) REQUIRED
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
• Must have consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance.
