Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and estimating. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize construction management software to track project progress and manage documentation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans for accurate execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed construction estimates using tools such as HeavyBid and Prolog.
• Implement project scheduling using Primavera or similar software to optimize resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients and team members.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and methodologies.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with civil engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with project coordination and management software tools (e.g., Prolog,MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
