Regional Technical Consultant (BMS)

Location: Home-based in the UK, ideally in the South East.

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the building and construction industry? Automated Logic Corporation is on the lookout for a passionate Regional Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to foster strong business relationships with Consulting Engineers, Building Owners, Developers, and our dealer network, all while designing and specifying innovative building controls solutions.

As a key player in our team, you will:

• Provide design and engineering support for HVAC, lighting, sustainability programs, and other subsystems that enhance comfort and utility efficiency.
• Support sales team members and deliver local training and technical support to our customers.
• Participate in exciting marketing initiatives across various sales channels.

• Prepare specifications and designs for Building Management Systems (BMS) and controls.
• Utilize your expertise in HVAC, lighting, and sustainability features.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Sales Team and our customers.
• Enhance business relationships with Engineers, Building Owners, Developers, and the dealer network to promote our solutions.
• Become a trusted technical advisor, improving product positioning and market share.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Experience in building management systems, building automation, and controls (preferably in a consulting or engineering capacity).
• Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and other smart building systems.
• A strong network of contacts within the BMS industry and consulting engineers.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Controls Engineering; CEM and LEED AP accreditation is a plus.
• A valid UK driving license and a willingness to travel across the UK.
