In this exciting role, you’ll report to the Senior Kitchen Manager and play a vital part in leading a dynamic team of up to 40 passionate individuals. At Butlin's, making our guests smile is at the heart of everything we do, and you’ll ensure that they remain the central focus of all operational decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Resource planning and recruitment to build the best team.
• Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
• Delivering food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to high standards.
• Ensuring food hygiene standards and health and safety compliance.

We’re looking for energetic individuals with experience in a similar role, or those eager to step up in their kitchen career!
