We are seeking motivated and reliable Fulfillment Associates to join our expanding logistics operation in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy are vital to meeting customer demands and maintaining our reputation for excellent service within the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to logistics best practices.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform tasks involving significant Lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
