Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Verify product counts and inspect for damages.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick products from shelves according to order tickets.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks), with training provided for forklifts if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including aisles and work stations.
- Strictly follow all Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and stock adjustments.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Team player mentality with the ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of inventory and logistics processes.
