We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This integral role supports our extensive logistics network by accurately fulfilling customer orders from start to finish. Responsibilities include picking products, packing orders with care, and preparing them for shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards of quality and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanning devices.
- Verify order contents against product details and customer information.
- Pack items securely and appropriately to ensure safe delivery.
- Select correct shipping materials and labels.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring easy access to materials.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and order fulfillment systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety protocols and consistent use of PPE.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
