Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Manage stock rotation (e.g., FIFO) and identify slow-moving or obsolete items.
- Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor inventory levels and report any potential shortages or overages.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in WMS and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
