We are hiring energetic and detail-oriented Pickers/Packers to join our dynamic fulfillment center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this fast-paced logistics role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders from warehouse shelves and meticulously packing them for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction and our operational success. You will use scanning devices to track inventory and ensure that the correct items and quantities are selected. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy are essential. This position involves frequent movement throughout the warehouse, including bending, reaching, and stooping. Significant Lifting of packages is also a regular part of the job, so physical stamina is required. Adherence to all Safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is critical. You will work as part of a team to meet daily picking and packing targets. Experience with order picking or packing in a warehouse environment is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using a scanner and pick list.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment as needed to retrieve items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Meet daily picking and packing productivity goals.
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Identify and report any damaged items or inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 35 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
