Join our growing team as a Picker/Packer in Denver, Colorado, and play a key role in our order fulfillment process. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory and carefully packing them for shipment to our valued customers. This position requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to maintaining high quality standards. As a Picker/Packer, you'll contribute to the smooth flow of our logistics operations, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time. We prioritize a safe working environment, requiring all employees to adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role offers a competitive hourly wage and the chance to be part of a supportive and dynamic warehouse team.
Responsibilities:
- Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse shelves and storage areas based on order tickets.
- Verify item codes and quantities to ensure accuracy before packing.
- Select appropriate packing materials to protect items during transit.
- Assemble boxes, fill them with products, and secure them for shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Maintain production speed and efficiency while upholding quality standards.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
- Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy by reporting stock levels.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety protocols.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a picker, packer, or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE.
