We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our Kansas City, Missouri location! In this leadership position, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our distribution center, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to Safety standards. You will lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and implement operational improvements within our logistics framework. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, overseeing shipping and receiving processes, ensuring proper handling of goods, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment for all. We prioritize Safety above all and provide comprehensive training and necessary PPE. While primarily a supervisory role, occasional moderate Lifting may be required. If you have strong leadership capabilities, a solid background in warehouse management and logistics, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to employee development, we encourage you to apply.
