Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders for timely dispatch.
- Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks, to move materials.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including stock counts and discrepancy investigations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations and utilize provided PPE.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to order accuracy or inventory.
- Perform general warehouse duties as directed to support the logistics team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting is beneficial.
- Must be able to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for long shifts.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure order accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
