This role is integral to our Logistics network, ensuring that products reach our customers smoothly and efficiently. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all associates must adhere to strict Safety protocols and wear the necessary PPE at all times. The job involves considerable physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment.
- Pack products with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock levels.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Properly use and maintain required PPE .
- Perform duties involving substantial Lifting and physical activity.
- Support efficient Logistics operations.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant Lifting .
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and the consistent use of PPE .
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and basic Logistics concepts.
